Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. Here is how returns, exchanges and refunds work, including hygiene exclusions and your consumer rights.

14-day return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unmounted, in resaleable condition and returned in their original packaging with any accessories included.
Hygiene & non-returnable items
For health and hygiene reasons, some items can only be returned if they remain unused and in their original sealed packaging. Once opened or used, they cannot be returned unless faulty. These include:
- Oral-care contact items (e.g. toothbrush holder sets)
- Soap and lotion dispensers that have been filled or used
- Bath mats and floor products that have been used
- Opened label or sticker packs
Products that rely on adhesive (hooks, adhesive brackets) cannot be returned once the adhesive backing has been removed or applied. Wall-mounted items that have been drilled or fixed are considered used and are non-returnable.
How to start a return
To start a return:
- Email support@bmiph.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions and an address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
Please do not send items back before requesting a return — unauthorised returns may not be refundable.
Return shipping costs
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong product, we cover the return shipping and replacement or refund in full.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item. Refunds are issued in US dollars (USD).
Bundles & partial returns
Bundle returns follow each item’s own rule. Unused, unmounted bundle items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days; opened hygiene items and applied adhesives cannot. Partial returns are accepted and refunded at the item’s bundle-allocated price.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights. As BMI PLUMBING AND HEATING LTD. is registered in England and Wales, eligible consumers benefit from the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a statutory cooling-off period for most online purchases. Where local consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
