Shipping & Delivery Policy
How we process, ship and track your order, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit. All charges are in US dollars.

Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. During sale periods processing may take an extra day.
You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after checkout, and a separate dispatch email with tracking once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Shipping rates & free shipping
All prices and shipping charges are shown in US dollars (USD).
- Standard shipping: flat $6 per order.
- Free standard shipping on orders of $55 or more (after any discounts).
The exact shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery timeframes
Estimated transit times after dispatch:
- United States: 4–8 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 4–9 business days
- Rest of world: 7–15 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspections, weather and remote destinations can extend delivery times.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with a tracking number, included in your dispatch email. If tracking has not updated within five business days of dispatch, contact us at support@bmiph.shop and we will investigate with the carrier.
Customs, duties & taxes
For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. We declare parcels accurately and cannot mark orders as gifts or under-declare value. Please check your local import rules before ordering.
Damaged or lost parcels
We pack fragile items — including glass and acrylic products — with individual protection. If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and the box. We will arrange a free replacement or a refund.
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, or a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the dispatch date so we can open a claim and make it right.
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it went unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; an additional shipping charge may apply. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
What we ship
Bmiph ships physical consumer products only — bathroom storage and vanity organization. We do not provide installation, plumbing, heating or maintenance services of any kind.
