These Terms of Service govern your use of bmiph.shop and any purchase you make from BMI PLUMBING AND HEATING LTD. (“Bmiph”, “we”, “us”), company number 04818266, registered office 38a Brieryfield Road, Ashton, Preston, Lancashire, United Kingdom, PR1 8SR. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Bmiph sells physical consumer products for bathroom storage and vanity organization. We supply goods only and do not provide installation, plumbing, heating or maintenance services. We make every effort to display products and specifications accurately, but colours and finishes may vary slightly between screens and batches.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and include applicable product pricing but exclude shipping and any import duties or taxes, which are shown or explained at checkout. We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If a pricing error is identified, we will contact you before dispatch.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or we cannot verify payment — and will refund any amount already taken.

Payment is taken securely through our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. We do not store full card details. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes. All content on bmiph.shop — including text, images and the Bmiph name — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We take reasonable care to ensure our products and website are as described. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Use each product in line with its stated load ratings and mounting guidance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
